Area Visual Merchandiser - Cotton On Scottsdale Mega

As the Area Visual Manager, you will lead and support Field Visual Merchandisers and store teams to bring the brand vision to life within their region. You will lead the execution of visual merchandising initiatives that engage and inspire our edit customer, ensuring consistent and impactful shopping experiences that drive commercial success.

What You Will Do

You will lead the execution of visual merchandising initiatives, create and communicate visual concepts, and drive consistency in visual merchandising across all shops. You will also partner with District & State Field Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver visual merchandising plans that maximise customer engagement and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail industry
• Proven ability to create, communicate, and implement visual concepts across multiple store locations
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate visual merchandising into business results
• Exceptional and clear communication skills
• Positive 'above the line' attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Flexible and thrives on challenge and change
