Role OverviewWe’re hiring experienced, licensed armed security officers to perform roving lot and parking-lot/ Inside patrols for Walmart properties. You’ll be the visible deterrent, respond to incidents, support store managers, and keep customers and property safe while following all company policies and Alaska law.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols of Walmart parking lots and perimeter to deter theft, trespass, loitering, and criminal activity. Monitor parking lot activity and report suspicious persons/vehicles to store management and law enforcement as appropriate.

Must have a current North Carolina Armed Security License (PPSP) and documented firearms training and current qualification certification per North Carolina Private Protective Services Board (NC PPSB) standards.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Armed Security License (PPSP)

- Clean criminal history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum age: 21 years old, and legally permitted to carry a firearm under state and federal law
