Job Description
As an Armed Security Guard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) properties, guests, and employees. This role requires a vigilant and proactive approach to security, including patrols, incident response, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Actively patrol CNE properties, including casinos, smoke shops, and parking lots, to protect physical assets, guests, and employees.
  • Report all safety hazards to leadership.
  • Prevent guests from entering with prohibited items and address any violations of policies and procedures.
  • Greet guests, provide directions, and offer aid to anyone who requests or requires it.
  • Respond promptly to accidents and incidents, performing CPR and first aid procedures as needed.
  • Detect suspicious activity and behavior, notify leadership, and maintain detailed written incident reports following established policies.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement agencies and fire and safety departments.
  • Prepare written reports of investigations, criminal, and patrol activities. Interview witnesses and obtain signatures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
