Role OverviewThe Armed Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to respond effectively to routine and emergency situations while complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
What You Will Do
Provide continuous security coverage through foot patrols, stationary posts, and surveillance monitoring during assigned shifts. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, including running short distances when necessary.

Must be 21 years of age, have prior experience in law enforcement, the military or security, and be legally eligible to carry a firearm. Must pass a federal background check and remain calm, professional, and composed in stressful or emergency situations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age

- Must be legally eligible to carry a firearm
- Completion of all state and/or municipal mandated firearms training
- Successful completion of live-fire qualification demonstrating accuracy and safe handling under pressure
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued Agent Card and any required guard card(s)
- Must pass a federal background check
