Role OverviewThe Site Security Specialist supports on-site security operations and serves as a key professional security asset to the client. This role is responsible for executing security measures, assessing threats, responding to incidents, and coordinating with internal teams, client leadership, and external partners.
What You Will Do
Respond to incidents as an armed responder during active assailant events, emergencies, and security-related incidents while conducting initial investigative triage and emergency response actions. Support evacuations, lockdowns, shelter-in-place operations, and other emergency procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in corporate, operational security, military, or law enforcement environments
- Experience with active assailant prevention and response programs
- Valid state-issued Armed Security Guard License (where required by jurisdiction)
- Valid Concealed Carry License/Permit
- Legal authority to carry a firearm in the state of assignment
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Ability to successfully complete company firearms qualification and ongoing proficiency requirements
