Job Description
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team at Arriba Abajo, a Cantina-themed Bar and Restaurant located in the Thompson Austin hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel cooking, a culinary degree, and strong communication and culinary skills.

Requirements

  • Good communication and culinary skills
  • Hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree
  • Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to work single station in the kitchen
  • Able to work long hours, including day shift, evening shifts, weekends and holidays
