Job Description
The Arriba Abajo Host is responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. They must have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service required
  • Ability to multi task (use phone, computer, iPad, simultaneously and regularly)
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to stand for long period of time
  • Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule - willing and able to work day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
