The Arriba Abajo Host are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests, influencing the overall restaurant experience by their interactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi task (use phone, computer, iPad, simultaneously and regularly)
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
