Job Description

Requirements

  • Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during shifts
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide hands-on assistance as needed
  • Oversee the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Assist in training and developing team members
  • Ensure adherence to hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws
  • Maintain compliance with state food handling and liquor laws
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlets
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and offerings
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and private functions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
