Job Description
The Arrival and Integration Case Manager (AICM) welcomes and provides case management services to newly arriving refugees, delivering ongoing integration support to post-resettlement clients beyond the initial 90-day resettlement period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing direct client services in a human services setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal English
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and ongoing access to an insured vehicle
