Role OverviewLead a team of 10–15 Graphic Production Artists in a fast-paced production environment where quality, speed, and consistency are equally important. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to support efficient preproduction workflows, drive operational consistency, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team, strengthen and maintain the operational foundation of the preproduction function, partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and own and improve operational performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Engineering, or a related field
- Adobe Certified Professional and/or ESKO certifications are a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of prepress and print production workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Familiarity with prepress automation or workflow tools such as ESKO, ArtPro+, or similar systems
