Role OverviewThe Part-Time Art Specialist creates and facilitates engaging, approachable art experiences that support Miraval's philosophy of mindfulness and invite guests to explore creativity, self-expression, curiosity, and connection.
What You Will Do
Facilitate high-quality art classes and creative experiences for Miraval guests, create original art programming, and collaborate with fellow artists and Miraval colleagues.

Requirements
- Demonstrated personal art practice and proficiency in multiple artistic media
- Prior experience teaching, facilitating, demonstrating, or leading art experiences for adults
- Ability to develop a complete class concept, including guest experience goals, timing, teaching flow, demonstrations, supply requirements, setup, cleanup, and opportunities for individual expression
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Formal education, training, or professional experience in fine art, art education, design, craft, or a related creative field is preferred
