Job Description
Arts in Action Community Charter School is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the school's overall human resources and organizational functions. This role involves assisting with various HR tasks, including compliance, recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll processing. The coordinator will also support the Accessible Education team with data and compliance tasks, as well as school culture initiatives.
Requirements
Serve as a point person for initial human resources requests
Maintain and update employee demographic, time, and attendance records
Assist with payroll corrections/calculations/stipend forms
Support school policies and procedures
Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis
