Job Description
Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support.
  • Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency.
  • Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
