Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking to add an ASIC Technician to our growing Operations department. As an ASIC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, deploying, diagnosing, (minor) repairs, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion. This position will directly support our datacenter operations at our Calvert City, Kentucky mining locations.

What You Will Do

Assist with preparing, maintaining, and deploying ASIC miners, including constructing, installing, and managing cable layouts for server racks. Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex ASIC miner issues, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where manual labor will be necessary during deployment days and initial setup of facility.
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  • Ability to conduct research into hardware issues as required.
  • A+, Network+ certifications are optional but a plus.
