ASL Fluent Support Staff

Marrakech is seeking an ASL Fluent Support Staff to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. The role involves helping people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice. This position is available full-time or part-time with paid training and career growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

Assist with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines. Support medical needs and appointments, follow individualized support and behavior plans, encourage community involvement and social engagement, and complete routine overnight safety checks for overnight staff. Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
