Role OverviewThe Asleep Overnight Support is responsible for ensuring the well-being of supported individuals in a residential program. This involves maintaining positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners, while also performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and driving. The role requires functional reasoning, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include being physically present in the residential program, performing physical tasks, providing light to medium maintenance, and assisting with personal care needs. You will also be responsible for driving facility motor vehicles, providing transportation services, and completing program-specific assignments.
