Role OverviewThe Asphalt Crew Member position performs a variety of routine and complex physical labor tasks, assisting other crewmembers with hand/power tools and heavy machinery to clean and prepare sites, apply pavement preservation products, and setup/remove cones and carpet.

Loads/unloads trucks, hauls materials, performs manual labor, conducts vehicle inspections, applies pavement preservation products, maintains a clean job site, and complies with safety regulations.

Requirements
- Must be hard-working, dependable, and able to meet the physical demands.
- Preferably has three months or more of related work experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
