Role OverviewThe Asphalt Laborer will join our operations team and support our paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete teams. This role involves performing physical labor on parking lots, including removing deteriorated asphalt through saw cutting, replacing it with new Hot Mix Asphalt, and finishing the surface by shoveling and spreading to grade.
What You Will Do
Perform physical labor on commercial patching and paving projects, including saw cutting, asphalt removal, and base compaction when necessary. Assist in the offloading and placement of asphalt material, spreading, shoveling, and tamping to achieve the desired grade.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Valid driver's license required (Class A CDL preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire)
