Role OverviewReeves Construction Company is seeking an individual for the position of Asphalt Paving Machine Operator based out of Duncan, SC. The successful candidate will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. The Asphalt Paving Machine Operator must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will operate a paver, perform daily maintenance checks, and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor. They will also take a leadership role on the crew, keep the paver maintained and clean, and work nights and weekends.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred), but not necessarily required.
- Minimum of 1-3 months of work-related experience and/or training.
- Must be able to work day or night shifts.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Provide own transportation to and from work.
- Driving License (preferred).
- Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.
