Role OverviewThe Asphalt/Pave Box Operator is a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in operating paving equipment, specifically for parking lot projects.
What You Will Do
The operator will also maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, providing daily updates on project progress and ensuring smooth coordination throughout each phase of the job.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be adept on Auger speeds, feed controls, flow gates, etc. Skilled in automatic grade and slope controls, crown position, vibratory controls, extensions and cut off shoes
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- a minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have broad understanding of Rose Paving's business and proven abilities in the areas of preparation and installation of Asphalt
