Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated individual to work on a crew at an Asphalt Production Facility for one of the largest heavy civil construction companies in the Mid-Atlantic area. The Asphalt Plant Operator will operate automated drum and batch plant systems, communicate with quality control personnel, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality and customer service.
What You Will Do
The Asphalt Plant Operator will operate the asphalt plant, monitor plant status, adjust plant as needed, load out material onto dump trucks, dispatch trucks, and communicate with internal paving crews and project teams. The operator will also assist in preventative maintenance on the plant, perform daily, weekly, and monthly documentation and reporting, and plan the following day's production plan and order raw materials.
