The Asphalt Roller Operator will be responsible for compacting asphalt with consistent density, smoothness, and texture, maintaining equipment, and communicating with screed operators and laborers.

Requirements
- 1-2 years' verifiable experience
- Ability to smoothly compact asphalt with consistent density, smoothness, and texture
- Be accountable to maintain the piece of equipment operated
- Ability to adequately rake and identify problemed areas within the asphalt mat
- Ability to communicate with screed operators and laborers with what is going on behind the paver and what the needs are
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have dependable transportation to work
