Role OverviewREEVES Construction Company is seeking an Asphalt Steel Wheel Roller Operator in Duncan, SC. The successful candidate will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and be able to effectively run a roller for the compaction of asphalt and/or dirt and other materials for road and commercial construction.
What You Will Do
The Asphalt Roller Operator will assist in the general operation of each job site, conduct an inspection checklist on equipment, keep equipment clean and in good working order, and operate the vehicle safely in job site situations.

The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of the mechanics and hydraulics of the machine, a priority for safety and welfare of workers around the machine, and the ability to operate the vehicle safely in job site situations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum of 1-3 months of work-related experience and/or training
- Must be able to work day or night shifts
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Provide own transportation to and from work
- Driving License (preferred)
- Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States
