Job Description
We are seeking a Level II Assembler for our Huntington, IN location to build Shuttleworth’s complex conveyor systems for the material handling industry to specifications provided by the Engineering Department with little to no supervision.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Technical training or 5+ years minimum related mechanical assembly, maintenance or automation experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Supply full list of required hand tools
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Reliable attendance, and a vigor to execute the specified task to the best of ability meeting required deadlines.
Demonstrate and encourage a “whatever it takes” attitude in the assembly department to aid the team in achieving the desired goals.
OSHA 10 hr. card currently held or attained within 1 year.
