Job Description
We're Not Just in the Packaging Business–We're in the "Wow" Business. Pregis is hiring an Assembler to join their Machinery team, responsible for assembling subassemblies, accessories, and final assemblies.

Requirements

  • Ability to train peers
  • Advocate for Design for Assembly and Continuous Improvement ideas and suggestions
  • Electrical and Mechanical assembly of machines and machine options
  • Troubleshoot and repair assembly errors quickly and effectively
  • Ability to read and comprehend method sheets, work instructions, and basic engineering drawings
  • Follow directions from lead assembler and supervisor
  • Accurately prepares paperwork as assigned
  • Provides assistance during monthly and yearly physical inventory
  • Utilizes, maintains and cares for all Sharp Packaging supplied tools
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned subject to reasonable accommodations
