Role OverviewThe Assembly / Quality Lead ensures a safe work environment, monitors product quality, and directs adjustments as necessary. They support training and development of assembly personnel, and complete periodic inspections of quality for team members' work.
What You Will Do
The Assembly / Quality Lead will perform various tasks such as ensuring rejected materials are labeled and processed correctly, making sure all 5S tools are in place, and verifying assembled prints match prints.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Assembly skills are a plus
