Role OverviewEmployees are Our Greatest Asset. Great Northern is seeking a Weekend Shift Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator to join their great culture. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the product assembly and setting the line-up accordingly.
What You Will Do
Directs and oversees employees, machinery or equipment, work methods, raw materials and work environment in the Fulfillment Department. Investigates and takes prompt action when problems related to safety, product quality, equipment failure or material waste and scrap disrupt efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with co-workers
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read English and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages
- Ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch
- Ability to apply practical knowledge and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Mechanical and spatial aptitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability and punctuality required
- Ability to move from one task/assignment on short notice
- Ability to lead and develop employees
- Ability to delegate responsibility when appropriate
- Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong (preferred)
