Role OverviewWe are seeking a Weekend Shift Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator to analyze product assembly, set up the line-up, and provide task assignment and instruction to employees. The role involves directing and overseeing employees, machinery, and equipment in the Fulfillment Department. The coordinator will investigate and take prompt action when problems related to safety, product quality, equipment failure, or material waste and scrap disrupt efficiency.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include directing employees, machinery, and equipment, investigating and taking action on safety and quality issues, assisting Assembly and Fulfillment Managers, and performing various tasks such as new worker orientation, transfers, evaluations, and explanation and enforcement of Company rules.

Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with co-workers

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages
- Ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch
