Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Associate to help produce high-quality products.

Requirements

Set up and run manufacturing and testing equipment
Follow standard procedures to make products correctly
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on tools and machines
Read and follow work instructions and keep accurate records
Help train new team members on equipment and processes
Report any production issues to your team leader
Work with other departments like engineering and customer service to meet goals
Be flexible—tasks may include molding, assembly, painting, washing, inspecting, and more
