Role OverviewThe Assembly Mechanic Apprenticeship program is a 12-week program that equips aspiring mechanics with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The program is designed to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly, with a focus on quality control and precision. The apprenticeship has 4 pathways: Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Composites.
What You Will Do
As an apprentice, you'll join with other apprentices in a cohort and go through experiences together, learning Boeing, aerospace, and core Assembly fundamentals. You'll complete a highly rigorous and accelerated learning program tailored to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience using basic math (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Basic computer experience and competency
- Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
