We are seeking a candidate who is committed to maintaining and promoting safety standards at all times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and wiring electrical systems within wind turbines, including control panels, sensors, and harnesses.

Requirements

Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent work related injuries.
Exceed our production benchmarks by completing specific tasks within the designated timeframe.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve electrical assembly procedures.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support other production areas as needed and as assigned by the supervisor.
In coordination with PQA and Engineering Departments conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of potential electrical connectivity issues.
Assist mechanical assembly operators as required.
