You'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our pumps are built to the highest standards and ready for our customers. What You Will Do
Build, test, and repair high-quality pumps, pick and paint parts, prepare units for shipment, build custom wood crates and skids, and train team members.

Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer/technology systems
- Foundational Skills: Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
