Assembly Technician- 1st Shift

Perform a wide range of cleanroom operations on a variety of products, including assembling bearings, shield assemblies, and operating measuring equipment. Work on special or prototype units and provide technical support and training to others. Perform basic wash operations and handle regulated waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications
• Ability to use and setup gaging
• Ability to use tweezers, microscope, bush buttons, turn knobs, or levers
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required
• Basic computer interface skills are required
• Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required
• Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings
• Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required
