Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- Previous technician experience or significant hands-on mechanical experience
- Ability to follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics
- Visual inspection and quality check skills
- Hand tool and assembly equipment safety and effectiveness
- Ability to identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming components
- Labeling, organizing, and preparing completed kits for handoff
- Maintaining accurate production and inventory records
- Keeping workstations, tools, and shop areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
