Job Description
Senior Star is seeking an Asset and Build Systems Manager to lead the thoughtful stewardship of our physical assets across all communities, ensuring safe, well-maintained, and designed environments for residents and associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, facilities, capital planning, or construction oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital budgets and multi-site projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems and life safety requirements.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Senior Star communities.
