Role OverviewThe Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking a dynamic individual to provide support for critical shared applications by responding to staff technical challenges, standardizing processes, risk mitigation, and enhancing tools and resources. This contractor helps support DPH mobile device activities including but not limited to analyzing usage with an eye towards saving money for the agency.
What You Will Do
Assist staff with questions related to Meeting Technology tools: Zoom, Teams, and Mentimeter. Onsite support of large-scale DPH meetings for meeting technology needs. Handle routine Security Management queue items, including VPN and OnBase requests.
