Role OverviewThe Fleet & Asset Operations Manager is a key member of the Business Operations organization responsible for all areas of fixed asset management, including fleet, capital equipment, and facilities. They will support optimizing multimillion annual asset spend via data-driven decision making and capital planning.
What You Will Do
Implement strategies to improve fleet and asset utilization, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Partner with Field Operations, Finance, and Brand leaders to ensure fleet and fixed assets support revenue growth and service excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing large, distributed fleets (1,000+ vehicles preferred)
- Experience in multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizations strongly preferred
- Certifications in CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in Home services, construction, logistics, or field service environments
