Job Description
Asset Management Project Manager at HDR, responsible for planning and managing asset management projects, including building and infrastructure assessments, and working with field project teams to gather information and determine sustainment, restoration, and modernization requirements. Coordinates work of professional staff, establishes client relations, and participates in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of CERL's BUILDER SMS Systems
  • Knowledge of industry standard CMMS systems (MAXIMO, Tririga, etc.)
