Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Management Project Manager to join our team at HDR. As a Project Manager General, you will plan and manage all aspects of asset management projects, including building and infrastructure assessments, real property and space use, energy systems, installed equipment, and real estate features. You will also establish client relations, coordinate work with field project teams, and ensure completion of data and documents on schedule. The expected compensation range for this position is $114,730 - $163,900 per year.

Requirements

  • Plan and manage all aspects of asset management projects
  • Manage, support, train, and work with field project teams
  • Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, and deliverable production meetings
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
  • Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team
  • Develop technical approaches, work breakdown structures, fee proposals, internal budget forecasts, workflows, risk management plans, and performance recovery plans
