Role OverviewA growing multi-site operation seeks an experienced Asset Management Specialist to lead fleet management, equipment reliability, maintenance planning, asset lifecycle strategies, and capital asset initiatives across multiple operating locations. The successful candidate will work closely with operations leadership to maximize equipment availability, reduce downtime, control maintenance costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Manage heavy equipment, mobile equipment, production equipment, facilities, and related assets; develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs; monitor equipment utilization, maintenance costs, downtime, and reliability metrics; and lead equipment replacement, acquisition, disposition, and capital planning initiatives.

Requirements
- Five (5) or more years of experience in asset management, fleet management, maintenance leadership, mining, aggregates, heavy construction, industrial operations, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and fleet operations
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools
