Job Description
The Asset Manager is a key member of the Rippowam Corporation team supporting the real estate asset management function for a varied portfolio consisting of affordable housing, mixed-income, and mixed-use properties with an emphasis on capital planning activities, strategic planning and long-term maintenance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in project management, property, real estate, architecture, engineering, asset or construction management
  • Budgeting and capital project experience are strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor contracting best practice is strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications are a plus
