The Asset Manager is a key member of the Rippowam Corporation team supporting the real estate asset management function for a varied portfolio consisting of affordable housing, mixed-income, and mixed-use properties. The position ensures that the owned real estate portfolio operates at optimal performance and focuses on its long-term sustainability through improvements in capital project management, preventative maintenance, and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of direct experience in project management, property, real estate, architecture, engineering, asset or construction management
  • Budgeting and capital project experience
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor contracting best practice
  • Professional certifications
