Role OverviewThe Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets in Texas, analyzing financial statements, partnering with management groups, and identifying market trends. The position requires travel (30%) and will report to the Managing Director of Operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, negotiating contracts, monitoring property performance, and participating in rent pricing strategy. The Asset Manager will also conduct regular property visits, prepare internal reporting, and coordinate capital project execution.

Requirements
- College degree desired

- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with lead tracking programs
- Yardi Voyager experience a plus
