Role OverviewResponsible for Asset Protection activities, including detecting and apprehending shoplifters, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting store management. The role requires professionalism, excellent judgment, and de-escalation techniques. The Asset Protection Agent will also conduct investigations, prepare reports, and participate in internal company investigations.
What You Will Do
Detects and apprehends shoplifters, prepares and submits reports, researches and archives general liability incidents, participates in internal company investigations, and testifies at legal and court proceedings.
