Role OverviewThe Asset Protection Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our associates and customers and securing Scheels' assets while demonstrating professional asset protection standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing video surveillance equipment, patrolling the interior and exterior of a property, providing property access to authorized individuals, and collaborating with law enforcement and other local retailers to identify organized retail crime threats.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- College graduate preferred
- Proven track record of strong communication and organization skills
- Prior Loss prevention experience (2-3 years) preferred
