Role OverviewAs a Bloomingdale's Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Detective, you are responsible for protecting the assets and people of your location. Our Asset Protection/Loss Prevention training program will provide you with the knowledge and tools to do the job while you grow in responsibility.
What You Will Do
Identify, observe, and apprehend individuals for committing theft by shoplifting, participate in store shortage reduction programs, and maintain building safety and security.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must satisfy licensing requirements (as required by state or local jurisdiction)
- Ability to operate and monitor CCTV systems
