The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in retail Asset Protection or lost prevention, and/or law enforcement, as well as strong leadership skills and a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a direct or indirect experience in retail Asset Protection or lost prevention, and/or law enforcement
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role or a role with frequent customer interactions
  • Previous leadership experience, coaching others to achieve performance goals
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store(s), as needed by the business
