Role OverviewThe Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance, and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, and monitoring the store's physical security.
What You Will Do
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions. Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury.
