Role OverviewThe Asset Team Lead plays a critical role in Citation's long-term success, sustainability, and growth. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary subsurface technical team responsible for optimizing the development of the Company's Rocky Mountain assets while driving the identification, evaluation, and maturation of new value-creating opportunities across the region.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of reservoir engineers, geoscientists, and technicians responsible for optimizing asset performance, maximizing reserve recovery, and creating long-term value across Citation's Rocky Mountain Region. Identify, evaluate, and mature value-enhancing development opportunities that increase oil and gas production, grow reserves, improve operating efficiency, and maximize financial performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have 15+ years of reservoir engineering experience and a BS in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering. The candidate will be proficient in OFM, MS Teams, MS 360 Suite, and PHDWin, and have waterflood experience.
